In this project, I helped the client to create a portfolio website that would perfectly represent her, as a professional and an artist.Annika Terwey is a German-Italian, multi-disciplinary designer, artist and curator based in Berlin. Currently, she is writing her Master's thesis about interface design at FH;P.
The challenge
The main hurdle was to create a website that would have a native application feeling, with various animations, effects and page transitions.Because the client is an artist and a designer, the web design and functionality was different than usual. I was asked to create interactive components for the landing page, as well as a custom slider for media and videos. Lastly, the whole app needed to be responsive.
